高中英语中常见的特殊句型包括：
全部倒装
强调时间、地点的副词或介词短语位于句首时，如：Here comes the bus.
注意：当句子中有代词作主语时，不使用倒装。
部分倒装
某些否定词位于句首时，如：Seldom do I go to the movies.
Only修饰副词、介词短语或状语从句位于句首时，如：Only in this way can we solve the problem.
在so/such…that结构中，so/such位于句首时，如：So beautiful is the sky that I forget to go home.
省略句
省略句在考试中直接考察的不多，但在阅读理解中，完形填空中会造成翻译错误。
省略定语，如：The book that you gave me is interesting.
反义疑问句
在陈述句后加入一个简短的疑问部分，如：You're coming to the party, aren't you？
