Hi there! My name is Emma, and I'm a sixth-grader at Sunny Hill Elementary School. Today, I'm going to share with you my favorite healthy meal that my mom and I love to make together. It's not only delicious but also nutritious and easy to prepare. So, let's get started!

The main dish of our healthy meal is a scrumptious vegetable stir-fry. We start by gathering all the fresh veggies we need: bell peppers, carrots, onions, and mushrooms. We slice them all and set them aside.

In a large frying pan, we heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat. We add the bell peppers, carrots, and onions and cook them for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, we add the mushrooms and season them with salt and pepper to taste. We cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Next, we add soy sauce and stir everything together. We cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then serve it hot. It's a wonderful combination of flavors that I enjoy every time we make it.
